The Problem

PhySaaS was dependent on multiple expensive third-party platforms that never quite did what they needed. Eight security domains — video, access control, alarms, sensors, guest management, intercoms, smart locks, and worker safety — were fragmented across tools with no unified workflow.

The Approach

We replaced most of the third-party dependencies with a custom-built platform, modeling the exact workflows of every role: admins, sales team, installers, and customers. PhySaaS Connect unifies all eight security domains into one platform delivered as a managed subscription.

The Outcome

Now managing over 3,500+ devices on the custom platform — with purpose-built workflows for each role instead of forcing teams to adapt to off-the-shelf software.
