The Problem

A C-suite leader at a mid-size company wanted the company website rebuilt and decided to try AI coding tools himself — an ambitious move for someone running a business full-time. Tools like Claude Code are powerful, but built for engineers: three weeks of evenings learning software development later, the site still wasn’t where it needed to be. His time was better spent leading the company.

The Approach

We rebuilt the website with our production process — plan-first, Forge-assisted, designed and shipped by a senior engineer instead of fought with. What took him three weeks of frustration, we delivered in days.

The Outcome

Shipped in days instead of stalled for weeks — one of many examples that inspired us to build Forge Cloud.
